Hi, Architect Team,

I’ve noticed that the game has been experiencing unexpected maintenance or disconnections during active gameplay. We understand that maintenance and emergency fixes are sometimes necessary, but we would really appreciate better communication from the team.

We strongly suggest having an official Discord server or another channel where you can announce upcoming maintenance, emergency maintenance, or server issues. At the very least, please provide an in-game announcement before maintenance starts whenever possible, similar to what many other games do.

When maintenance happens without any warning while players are actively playing, it can cause players to lose progress or interrupt things they have planned in the game. It makes it very difficult for us to plan our gameplay, especially when we are doing important activities that require time and preparation.

To be honest, this situation is becoming frustrating for many players. Some people are losing interest or even quitting because of the repeated unexpected interruptions and lack of communication.

We really hope the team can understand the situation from the players’ perspective and improve the communication and maintenance notification system.
