I believe the restriction may be related to a ghost trade. I accidentally purchased the highest-priced item instead of the lowest-priced one because I wasn't paying enough attention when making the purchase. It was an honest mistake, and I had no intention of parti****ting in a ghost trade.

I have already submitted an appeal and would appreciate it if the support team could review my case and reconsider the restriction.
