Architect Coupon Usage Guide

To help you safely claim the valuable coupon gifts obtained through various events and notices, we are providing clear instructions on how to register coupons along with important notes.

Please review the guide below to ensure rewards are accurately delivered to your chosen character, and then proceed with coupon registration.


■ Detailed Coupon Registration Guide
•On Android / PC
- While in-game, go to [Menu] → [Settings] → [Account] → [Enter Coupon] → Select [Go].
- Log in by entering your Architect account information to access the coupon entry page.
- Select the server and character to receive the reward, then enter the coupon code to receive the reward via mail.
•On iOS
- On iOS, please use the [Coupon Registration] button at the top right of the official website.
- After logging in, select the server and character, then register the coupon number to receive the reward via mail.
■ Coupon Registration Notes
•Please check the detailed conditions such as usage period, benefits, and target server before registering.
•Coupons can only be entered after game installation and character creation are complete.
•Issued coupon rewards cannot be exchanged or transferred to another character, so please double-check the server and character name that will receive the rewards.
•Coupon rewards will be delivered to the in-game mailbox of the designated character.
•In certain regions such as the Abyss Battlefield, mail may not be delivered. If mail is not visible, please completely exit the game and reconnect to check again.
