## WHO WE ARE

Sanctis is a compe***ive PvP-oriented guild built for players who want more than casual grinding. We're claiming **Baru** as our home server and we're here to **dominate it** — controlling Tower of Titans contests, winning large-scale PvPvE battles, and making sure world bosses and territory fall under our banner, not someone else's.

If you want to log in, get carried, and log off — this isn't for you.

If you want to be part of a guild that fights for top server rankings from day one — welcome home.

## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- **Active players** ready to grind hard through launch week and beyond

- **PvP mindset** — you enjoy Tower of Titans, world PvP, and large-scale battles, not just PvE content

- **Team players** — willing to coordinate, take call-outs, and show up for scheduled guild events

- **Any of the five professions** (Warrior, Mage, Battle Priest, Ass***in, Hunter) — we need a balanced roster, not just stacked DPS

- **Discord required** — for voice coordination during contested content and raids

We welcome both veteran PvP players and dedicated newcomers who are serious about improving. Skill matters less than commitment and at***ude on day one — we'll grow together.

## LOOT DISTRIBUTION — FAIR & TRANSPARENT

We know loot drama kills guilds faster than any enemy does. Here's how Sanctis handles it, plain and ****le:

- **Boss/Raid loot:** Roll-based (need > greed) system, logged in Discord for full transparency. No favoritism, no "officer picks first."

- **World boss & contested loot:** Distributed by **contribution tracking** (damage/parti****tion logs) — the players who show up and fight earn priority, not whoever happens to be online.

- **Guild resources (materials, gold, crafting drops):** Pooled into a shared guild bank, allocated based on **active need** — crafters and players actively upgrading gear get priority access, reviewed weekly by officers.

- **No hoarding by leadership.** Officers do not get automatic first pick on gear or resources. Leadership's cut is limited strictly to guild-hall upkeep and shared war resources (buffs, siege costs, etc.) — never personal gear.

- **Full visibility:** All major loot decisions and resource allocations are logged and viewable by every member. If you ever feel something was unfair, you can ask — and you'll get a real answer.

Our goal is ****le: **everyone who fights for the guild gets to grow with the guild.** A strong guild is built on players who trust the system, not players who feel used.
