We have identified an issue where the boss in the Grand Incursion event was behaving abnormally.

To address this, a server restart will be carried out.

Servers that were unable to defeat the Grand Incursion boss due to this issue will receive separate compensation.

• Affected Servers: Global Region Servers
• Details
◦ An issue with abnormal boss behaviour during the Grand Incursion will be fixed.
▪ Compensation for servers affected by this will be issued.

• Target Server: Tahn
• Claim Period: September 22, 2026 17:40 ~ September 24, 2026 22:59(UTC+8)
• Reward: Intermediate Thunder Grand Incursion Extermination Reward x1

Notes

• The fix will be applied without separate maintenance, and gameplay can continue.
• Additional sequential server restarts may occur for improvement work.
• A brief disconnection of about 5 minutes may occur during the process.
◦ For about 5 minutes after completion, entry into some content may be restricted.
◦ If disconnection occurs, adventurers in certain worlds may be moved to the server selection screen, and upon reconnecting, will enter the Forsaken Land.
