Battle Priest Skill : Purify

This Min HP Requirement doesn't make sense. Why would this trigger only when above a certain HP Percentage? It should be the other way around. This should be treated the same as the heal skills when it should be auto casted ONLY when your HP falls a certain percentage because that's when you actually need the additional healing.
