1:1 Inquiry Support is useless

Hello Architect,

Customer Support | 1:1 Inquiry doesn't seem to be working. Have submitted an inquiry more than a week now and still have not received any response nor an u**ate to my inquiry message. This should be fixed and respond to us Players as soon as you can, Responding to inquiries should not be so hard to do. This is truly frustrating and it has already affected my in game progress. Even posting here in "Forum" will only get you a generated response that says to submit an inquiry then after that you're left hanging again. Hope this will reach the game developers for this to be fixed asap.
